How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

You can move the bar to the bottom. Check this article: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/7190-outlook-move-navigation-bar-left-to-bottom.html
Yes, it's a brainless move to put it there and waste so much screen space, especially without an option to keep it where it makes sense. Hopefully the registry fix will remain permanently available.
Thanks for this post.
Now I can stop wasting time trying to change it. All those hours gone...
I am also finding it very annoying having that Navigatiob bar on the left side of my screen !!
