How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business

Thanks Karl. It was making me crazy too. I had clicked "on" coming soon and I suspected that had something to do with it. Indeed when I clicked that off, the icons moved to the bottom of the page again. so some developer at MSFT has decided that we all must now change to their preferred take it or leave it view. <sigh>

and software companies wonder why they are universally despised.

Yes, My View-> Folder Pane -> Normal is checked and tool bar is horizontal at the bottom of the folder list.

Thanks. With my Coming Soon turned Off it's at the bottom of the folder listing.

    Thanks.

The vertical tool bar appeared on the left (for me) when my folder pane was absent. I found that if I select View -> Folder pane -> Normal then the folder pane reappeared, with the tool bar arranged horizontally at the bottom of the folder listing.

I found that if you click the "Try it Now" in the upper right hand corner and then restart Outlook, it is back to the bottom! Strange fix but it works.
