Changing Location of Outlook 365 Navigation Bar

How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

    Gosh, I really hate it when Microsoft makes changes that it thinks are helping people. It was bad enough when they took a lot of screen real estate when they switched to those clunky 8-bit cartoony icons. But at least you can hide the ribbon. Looks like there's no way to hide the left side icon bar. Another "plus" like the inability to move the task bar in Windows 11. :(

    I have found that when you disable the coming soon switch. It all goes back to how it was...

    Thank you very much, Karl. I did find after doing a bit more research that it was an update that moved that icon bar, remembered my computer ran an update a couple of nights ago and it was at the bottom before the update. I must check my laptop and see if it's run one and mucked up that computer too.

    They did at least include an option for changing it back to the sensible location without having to go through the registry change. Click the icon at the bottom of the new bar, choose options, and uncheck Show Apps in Outlook. It's on the Advanced tab of the main Outlook Options window.
