How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

absolutely annoying... and not to make it a switchable option is backwards. Is this some intern's first rodeo? MS please put back/fix.

Same problem here. I've sent feedback from within Outlook.

I do have a followup question. What problem exactly did Microsoft think to solve with this change? Or where can I see enough people who wanted this change, versus not wanted it?

    Hello jaybros06

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

If you re referring to the icon bar on the left side, there is no option to change it back to the bottom. This is the new UI that is getting rolled out and there is no setting to adjust it.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions. Microsoft Support personnel do not staff this forum.

I don't think Microsoft really cares what Outlook users do or don't want. They have us where they want us. Who wants to go through the time, trouble and cost to switch to another program.
