Outlook Desktop Client not saving signature settings for New Messages & Forwards/Replies for Google Workspace account.

Client has Office Home and Business 2021 installed and just recently because of issues with her contacts not syncing over to the desktop client had to install Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook. Everything for that went smoothly and is working. However she went to set her email signature and was able to save it and set it up for New Messages and Forwards/Replies, however she closed out of Outlook and went back the next day and had to set the signature for New Messages and Forward/Replies again in order for it to work. Each time she closes Outlook the next day she has to set it again and it will work just fine after that until she closes Outlook. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the registry key hack. resolved the issue for me. Shame that Microsoft don't actually just fix it for Google Workspace users.

I've also been experiencing this issue, some digging points to it being an issue roaming signatures.

The workaround is to disable roaming signatures via the Windows registry by adding the following key -

Open Windows registry editor

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup

Right click and add new DWORD 32bit value called DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle

Double click this DWORD and change the value to 1 (hex or decimal doesn't matter)

Restart Outlook

Have attached an image of the Registry Editor after completing the above steps for reference.
Does anyone know how to fix this same problem on a Mac?

(Clearly an issue with Google Workspace accounts and roaming profiles)

I've also been experiencing this issue, some digging points to it being an issue roaming signatures.

The workaround is to disable roaming signatures via the Windows registry by adding the following key -
