Getting 2400 error in outlook application

Hi,

Something went wrong [2400] error in outlook application. Web outlook is working fine.

Tried outlook repair, reinstallation, new profile creation and cleared password from device credential manager still issue persist. Seems like Microsoft issue. Screenshot attached

Please share any troubleshooting steps for permanent fix

    Thanks for your reply. I am currently experiencing the same issue but do not know how to send a private message with a reply with the requested information.

    Try this solution by Frank..

    1. Open Word, click File> Account> Sign outunder User information.
    2. Clear the Windows credentials: go to Control Panel> Credential Manager> Remove the Windows Credentials(e.g. MicrosoftOffice15_Data:xxxor MicrosoftOffice16_Data:xxx).
    3. Navigate to and delete the following key and all of its subkeys from the Registry.

     HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

    WARNING*: Modifying Registry incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry can be solved. Modify Registry at your own risk.*
