How can I easily switch my Editor languages in Outlook

Hi,

I am working in three languages. This means that one mail I am writing in one language, the next one, I will be replying in a different language. The current way of working is that I always manually select the text and indicate the language I am using. This is quite tedious; it would be easier when I can easily change it in one click or one keyboard shortcut.

Does someone know a solution for this inconvenience pls?

Windows 11, new Outlook design, with Editor active.

    Hi Amanda, yes, I agree, this is really not ideal, but there is a way to reach this "Ok" button. I've prepared a little tutorial you can check here to see how to do:

    Hi Jason,

    You clearly see that there are multiple people having the same issue and asking for a workable solution. On top of, there is even an issue with the "ok" button.

    Could you revert back to this thread and inform us what Microsoft is going to do about this please?

    Temporary help with this issue - no buttons are visible to approve or cancel the language change. Actually, buttons are there and you can get to them by clicking TAB.

    It worked! Thanks for the video, very helpful. But what a massive fail for MS on this function!

    They should also come up with a way to search the language in the list (by starting to type the work) vs having to scroll...
