How can I easily switch my Editor languages in Outlook

Hi,

I am working in three languages. This means that one mail I am writing in one language, the next one, I will be replying in a different language. The current way of working is that I always manually select the text and indicate the language I am using. This is quite tedious; it would be easier when I can easily change it in one click or one keyboard shortcut.

Does someone know a solution for this inconvenience pls?

Windows 11, new Outlook design, with Editor active.

    Thanks Miroslav, I did not think of the TAB button, it helps in using that sad solution

    This is just a tiny help with this issue - there are no buttons visible to approve or cancel the language change. Actually, buttons are there and you can get to them by clicking TAB.

    Fully agree on this one. Feels like we took a 20 year step back in time when working in the latest webmail that I am using. Following the steps to manually change in the browser is not an OK solution. How can it not be solved to easily change between languages? This has been working in lots of MS products for years...

    Please work on a solution for this Microsoft.

    Yes, same here. Stuck in ENG.

    For now, workaround is switching back to old outlook interface. Works good there.

    I hope MS fix this asap..
