How can I easily switch my Editor languages in Outlook

Hi,

I am working in three languages. This means that one mail I am writing in one language, the next one, I will be replying in a different language. The current way of working is that I always manually select the text and indicate the language I am using. This is quite tedious; it would be easier when I can easily change it in one click or one keyboard shortcut.

Does someone know a solution for this inconvenience pls?

Windows 11, new Outlook design, with Editor active.

    Temporary help with this issue - no buttons are visible to approve or cancel the language change. Actually, buttons are there and you can get to them by clicking TAB.

    Hi Jason,

    You clearly see that there are multiple people having the same issue and asking for a workable solution. On top of, there is even an issue with the "ok" button.

    Could you revert back to this thread and inform us what Microsoft is going to do about this please?

    Hi Amanda, yes, I agree, this is really not ideal, but there is a way to reach this "Ok" button. I've prepared a little tutorial you can check here to see how to do:

    There is no OK button to click on after I choose the language from the lsit. So, when I close the window, it keeps reverting back to the orginal language. I've tried 15 times... I know I'm in the irght place, but there is no ok button on the Microsoft Editor Setting pop up window??

    I can't change the language on my editor. It kept going back to the Netherlands - Dutch and I don't speak Dutch. It's annoying coz I don't want it to highlight my Dear XXX.
