How can I easily switch my Editor languages in Outlook

I made extensive research about this matter. If there is any other ways to switch to a different language installed to your computer. I found this article Switch between languages using the Language bar - Microsoft Support. It says that "After you enable the keyboard layout for two or more languages in the Windows operating system, you can use the Language bar to switch between languages that use different keyboard layouts."

Since it is a feature limitation, I would suggest sending a feedback directly to our engineers. They will be the one to review the issue and formulate resolution for the problem. You may access the link below.

Hello

I'm using Outlook app - with the switch of the "pre" outlook on.

It's happening always, as I'm constantly switching languages, I work in Dutch, French and English.

Current version is Windows 11, 22H2, build 22621.1848

I'm applying the steps you mention above, and applying these 5 clicks everytime when I type an email, it's cumbersome. Parce que maintenant, ma réponse est ecrite en Francais , car mon collègue est francophone en dan kan het zijn dat ik gewoon terug even iets afcheck met een Vlaamstalige collega. :-)

So I'm asking for a one-click solution that Outlook applies the language grammar of the language I'm writing in.

I understand that you have an issue in regard of switching to different language when writing in Outlook. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• Are you using Outlook app or Outlook.com?
• When did this issue happened?
• What is the current version and build of your Windows computer? Press the Windows key + R type winver then hit Enter.

You can easily switch your editor languages in Outlook by following these steps.

• When drafting an email, select the (…) overflow menu on the simplified ribbon, or Editor on the Classic ribbon.
• Select Editor > Editor Settings.
• Locate the Proofing language box and select the down arrow to display the list of available languages.
• Scroll as needed to locate and select a language.
• Click OK to apply the change.

You can also change your Outlook language by following these steps:

• Open Outlook and click on “File” in the top left corner.
• Click on “Options” in the left-hand menu.
• Click on “Language” in the left-hand menu.
• Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu.
• Click “OK” to save your changes.
