The font size is way too small. I can temporarily increase the font size for each email I read or write. I can't find any setting or instructions online to permanently increase the font size.

2024-08-21T08:37:07+00:00 The problem is that this workaround doesn't change the core issue which is setting the font. This is my problem, so I can either have e-mails that I can't properly preview, or e-mails that are at a bad zoom level to read easily.
This is core accessibility and MS should have sorted this out or be getting hauled over the coals by governments and accessibility groups.

2024-01-23T18:33:49+00:00 An update on January 23, 2024. I was not using view/reading pane in Outlook. I wanted to zoom in permanently after completely opening up an email into a new window pane. Apparently you can zoom in on that message and similar to what CVD_865 suggested, you can also select remember my preferences there so every time a new email is open to a new window, it will retain the zoom strength you specified. This is a great help. But there is no way to zoom the list of emails in a folder if you are not using the reading pane options. Anyway, think I found a way to zoom enough to help tired eyes at the end of the day.
