New company took over and outlook now having issues

I was with Centurylink. They forced me to have Brightspeed. I was assured nothing would be affected. They were wrong. I have never used webmail and have always had my webmail forwarded to my Outlook that I had bought. Since Brightspeed has taken over I am having issues. My Outlook 2021 from Microsoft keeps synchronizing and I my emails either won't go out or take forever to come in or go out and it keeps saying synchronizing folders and I have no clue what that means and why today it started doing that. Brightspeed is no help. Centurylink helped me with the POP info to put in and swore there would be no issues but no longer will talk to me since they said I am a Brightspeed customer and I can't talk to anyone with Microsoft. I don't know why this suddenly started today and Brightspeed had no answers and basically just said good luck. I have work emails that I forward to my outlook so I can print to do my teleworking. It's been over 3 hours and I don't even know why synchronizing is or why it's doing this. HELP. I need it to stop doing that and for my emails to come and go quickly like they were doing yesterday. Any ideas or help anyone can give me.

I actually think the email issues are coming from the upgrade Centurylink did on 24 OCT. I have the Microsoft package that included Outlook and everything was fine until Centurylink did the upgrade. Centurylink needs to fix the issue for many to include so many of us who have Outlook. The lady called me back today after I left a message but didn't stay on long and then said she had a call from her mom and would call me back but did not. My Outlook was fine until Centurylink's upgrade. I am sorry you are also having issues and I would suggest PMing Centurylink and stay on them.

I also am having huge issues since email changed to Brightspeed. I lost my email on my ipad, but somehow got it back by deleting account and re-entering it. However, when I try to send a message, I can’t type in the message box. It lets me type in email address of sendee, and subject, but I cannot get cursor to show up in message box. The keyboard refuses to open. Also, my contacts all disappeared, and a whole bunch of incoming emails showed up days after they were sent. Brightspeed tech support was useless.

Ok...I just had a bunch of emails show up that I had already received and one where my nephew posted the time and of course the day shows which was yesterday and I just now received it at 12:54 my time on the 8th and he sent it on the 7th. I have called the Centurylink person and she has not called me back yet. I left a long message. Something is very wrong and they really need to figure out what they did with that upgrade that has totally messed things up.

I have just gotten home from work and nothing new in mine so far but when I got to work today, the 2 emails that I had sent out on Sunday morning, showed up later in the morning today at work. It's crazy and they need to remove the banner saying the issues have been resolved when they have not been resolved.

I think some have had theirs fixed but so many have not and Centurylink is showing all issues have been resolved. My Outlook is a mess now too.
