Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Brightspeed took over 20 states that I guess Centurylink made the decision about. However, my centurylink email has remained the same. Centurylink did an email upgrade on 24 OCT and since 25 OCT my Outlook is messed up. Centurylink has a little note out there on the centurylink.net site saying they know there are some issues and they should be resolved in 72 hours. It's now been 7 days for me. If you did not change to Brightspeed, it could still effect you because the upgrade was Centurylink's webmail which then messed so many accounts to include anyone with Outlook. However, even their webmail for me is not receiving some emails. Had my nephew respond to one in which he did receive from my Outlook..took a couple of hours for him to get it...but when he responded...I never received the response in either my Centurylink Webmail or my Outlook. It's a big mess and it doesn't look like they know how to fix it. My Outlook just keeps synchronizing over and over and over.
