How do I stop the Yahoo sign-in request pop-up on my Outlook 365 Inbox?

Yahoo sign in just started popping up without specifically adding anything. Pop up seems to be associated with outlook.
My mail comes from Frontier Yahoo web mail but I choose to use Outlook.
I have office 2019 - home and business and Outlook as my mail account. When I open Outlook, this is when there is a Yahoo pop up and it has been happening since August.
When I try and open Outlook, a Yahoo sign up pop up comes to the screen. I was told to go to Microsoft Outlook and then hit end task. This is terrible that this has to be done each time and am getting tired of it.
This is also happening with office 2019. Did you by any chance upgrade to windows 11? I was having issues ftp'ing and it was some snafu that microsoft just sent an update out to fix. I'm wondering if this is another bug with windows 11. I suspect they are still working on bugs.
