The Quick Action Icons (Delete, Move, Mark Unread) have moved - they were originally next to the SENDER Name, now they are on the far right (after the received time column) - how can I move them back to the original position ?

See image - they are at the GREEN arrow, I want them back at the RED arrow.

I get a lot of unwanted emails that I don't necessarily consider spam. I use a wide screen monitor. I like being able to quickly scan the sender's name and the subject, then clicking on delete if necessary.

Now I have to play this game of mousing over to the right side, making sure I am highlighting the correct row then click. I dislike gmail because of this and have even deleted the wrong email accidentally.

Perhaps it's a limit of my understanding, but I don't get why this is considered a better move. Is it because gmail is more popular and they're trying to make it easier for people to switch? I've always felt gmail was inferior to hotmail in function.

I entirely agree. It is very annoying. Why haven't we heard from MS yet ?

Shucks, why break a perfectly good operating UI. the icons were already in the perfect location. Now it just doesn't seem to flow.

I agree. It is difficult to quickly use the delete icon, I have to be sure my eyes are staying on the correct line. Why mess with a good thing? And I hate the way Outlook now arranges emails on the iphone.

I totally agree. This is so incredibly confusing and wasting time! and opens to error, duplicating unneeded action.
