The Quick Action Icons (Delete, Move, Mark Unread) have moved - they were originally next to the SENDER Name, now they are on the far right (after the received time column) - how can I move them back to the original position ?

See image - they are at the GREEN arrow, I want them back at the RED arrow.

    Thanks so much Tupay.

Here are what happened to me.  (1) I followed your advice, de-select all the quick action icons.  Indeed, the existing Pin and Flag icons are next to the Sender.  But if to remove any of them, it'll need an extra right click for the drop-down menu, then choose the icon to be removed.  So, I prefer to put them back, albeit to the bad location.  Then I did (2) select them; now they are all the way to right, next to the date column.  HOWEVER, this time, the icons appear ONLY next to the message that your curser is pointing to.  This is helpful to avoid deleting a message by accident.

I still hope MS can put those icons back next to the sender column.

This worked for me, but now when I try to add them back, they get deselected. UGH!

Just happened to me today - 17-05-2022. The icons were in the CORRECT place before I restarted Edge to apply the most recent update. When Edge relaunched, the icons were on the WRONG place (all the way to the right). My screen is very wide and with the icons that far to the right I can't see in a single glance whether I'm operating on the correct email.

This is not a good change. If someone requested this fine, but at least give us an option to choose where is most convenient for the rest of us.

This would suggest moving the icons was deliberate and not a bug. (I was hoping it was a temporary bug)

As it looks like the icon behavior has now been further modified to only show up when 'mouse over' is on a particular message.

This does not improve the situation as you still need to look back to the left to make sure you're on the correct message before then looking back to the right to make a selection.

It is disappointing if this is by design as it seems very counter intuitive.

Facing the same problem. First thought it was a bug, but it's 'by design'. Unbelievable. Feels like 'a change because we were looking for something to do' instead of 'a change to improve'.

I'm using a narrow screen (width 1024px) and the Quick Action Icons are now displaced on top of the 'received' column. It's a mess. Please change back.
