I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.

The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.

Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

This is actually what we are looking for, though 10 seconds is not enough. The Classic Outlook rule only counts in minutes, and I have it personally set to 1. So the request should be to expand this timespan to (for my sake) 60 seconds.

I have a way to bypass the 1 min delay when I am sending an urgent mail: I have created a Category called SEND NOW. I then added an exception to the 1 min rule. "except if assigned to SEND NOW category". Hope this helps.

You want to undo a feature that we all want. No one on this thread will know how to undo it as we all don't know how to have emails be delayed in the first place...
