How can i set up a delay on all emails in New Outlook

Is **"**Delay delivery of ALL emails" still not an option in the New Outlook? This is a fundamental and business critical feature which was highlighted as missing nearly a year ago. Without it I will not be upgrading any of our users to the new Outlook, regardless of how many other new features there are! Microsoft, please listen to your Admin users and fix this issue asap.

Hi! I know how to put this setting in the new Outlook:

1. Click File
2. When this shows up, click Manage Rules and Alerts (it will not be in the blue side bar but in the middle under Account Settings)
3. Click "New Rule..."
4. Select "Apply rule on messages I send" and then click Next
5. Click next again (although if you want any of these specific things to apply, feel free to click any check boxes). If you do not check any boxes, a notification pop up will show asking if you want this rule to apply to every message you send. Click yes.
6. Select "defer delivery by a number of minutes". Once you select this check box, click "a number of minutes" in the box called "Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value)" below. Modify the number of minutes (this is up to you). Once you set this, click Next.
7. Click next again (although if you want any of these specific things to apply, feel free to click any check boxes.) The next step is naming the rule (up to you if you want to and what you want to name it).
8. Click Finish and you'll now have delayed email sending!

Please don't force me to upgrade to new outlook (which has happened... i will try to revert) until this is ready as this is absolutely critical functionality.

Dear Dev team,

Please consider this a priority as this feature is a deal breaker for me, along with number of other people who use it.

I really want to put an automatic delay on outlook. I will go back to the laptop based Outlook because it can do this. UIt is an incredibly useful feature and needs to be a simple selection for ALL emails. Regards Kim
