I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.

The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.

Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

Same here. It's a big mistake by Microsoft to redesign Outlook and leave out so many essential features.

Outlook is an app people rely on daily, and many of us have developed habits around its features. Removing them disrupts the way we work.

Until they restore this and a few other important features, I’m not upgrading to the New Outlook, even though I like the design and improved user-friendliness.

Outlook has taken a well developed product and removed some well established tools making more difficult to learn and use. I don't understand why the enhancements were not made to the existing product.
