Quick Steps New Outlook - no more shortcut options from 1 to 4

Hello everyone,

I am trying the new Outlook this week and noticed that the shortcut options CTRL + SHIFT + 1 to 4 are no longer available. The only options shown are from 5 to 9. This is not feasible for me since I use the ctrl + shift + 1 to 3 options to move emails using only one hand.

Does anyone know why Microsoft removed the other shortcut options or if this change is going to be permanent?

    December 2024. I just tried out the new Outlook. There always seems to be a no go feature for me and this is one of them.

    We may not be a large group, but those of us who use a lot of quickstep for categorizing email, this is a deal breaker.
