Outlook Calendar on Mac Sync Issues with Apple calendar app

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.

I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.

Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?

An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

Thank you!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE could someone from MS and/or Apple (talking with each other highly encouraged) sort this issue that is dogging many people and has been for 4+ months?

It's impractical - to put it mildly - to keep starting and restarting the iMac (and, for example, Refresh Calendar in Outlook does nothing). No problem on any other Apple device or Windows, just iMac.

I have an iMac (3.1 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4) with the latest available OS, Ventura 13.0 (22A380) and an updated MS 365 subscription.

Surely MS & Apple can't just keep ignoring this?!?!

    THANK YOU.

BTW, I did try to follow your instructions and CalendarAgent does not appear in an Activity Monitor search. Apple Calendar is open. 'All processes' selected. OS is Ventura.

I have the same issue when using the legacy outlook (which is way better than the new outlook). Email works fine, however the calendar does not.

I can flip from old to new and it works, except I dont want the new. It's garbage.

I have an M1 Pro macbook
