Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity from Russia

I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

    They are fake phishing scams I delete them straight away a lot of these emails have came ever since February 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine a lot these a targeting Ukraine supporters

    I'v tried everything to report spam,phishing even blocking these emails -- for over 2 months and NOTHING WORKS, I'm getting these emails more and more ... now at least once a day. HELLLOOOO Microsoft.
