Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity from Russia

I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

    Your just leading yourself to frustration. You can NOT stop spam from going to your mailbox. Once you accept that fact you'll won't be able to be stress free.

    If spam arrives in your Inbox move it to your Junk Folder. That's it. Nothing more to be done.

    Spam, just like postal junk mail, is just a way of life now. The ONLY way to escape spam is to NEVER EVER use an email address for anything.

    I BLOCK AND DELETE THEM AND THEN THEY COME BACK

    I AM BLOCKING AND DELETING THOSE EMAILS AND THEY JUST KEEP ON COMING BECAUSY THE CHANGE THIER EMAIL ADDRESS

    I HAVE BEEN A MICORSOFT MEMBER FOR A VERY LONG TIME

    No, Microsoft hasn't been hacked. Anyone can spoof an email address.

    Turn on 2 factor authentication and be sure to setup multiple backup methods. Could be those emails you are receiving are fake.

    Check you account info at https://account.microsoft.com/security?refd=account.microsoft.com and click on Sign In Activity
