I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

I did the same and started getting like zillion spam emails every day which i reported as junk or scam to Microsoft. I believe the guys at Microsoft did something about it because they suddenly stopped coming.
Hi Rose, I really don't know ? I just stopped responding to them. It's totally impossible to get in touch with Microsoft Tech(s).
I wonder if they are really concerned about the matter? Thank You ! For reaching out though, at least I know I'm not the only
person that is receiving this. Good Day to you!
