Configuring preferences and options in Outlook.com
4/21/23 Nope not fixed I am having that problem and my client is getting pissed. MS keeps telling me it is user error.
Outlook.com - forwarding emails ... no Save button

Trying to forward emails from a hotmail account to another email address.
I know where to configure this - but no Save button appears ?
The Save button appears on my other outlook.com account - including Free Accounts.
Why is this one account behaving differently ?

2023-04-22T19:29:31+00:00 4/22/2023 I found a quick fix using the Rules thanks to someone posting it but did not give a good step by step Instructions.
Goto: https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/rules
Click on: Add new rule, fill in "name your rule" with something like Forwarding email. Next in Add a condition go to the bottom of the list to "Apply to all messages" Next in add an action click on "Forward to" a field will open up to the right enter the email address to forward to. Then click Save

2023-04-23T14:17:36+00:00 Problem with forwarding by rule is that it can mess up the formatting at times and it always has a FW or FWD prefix in Subjects. It’s not ideal if you’re forwarding all emails hence the forwarding function in settings.

2023-05-19T15:21:47+00:00 This error occurs for me as well. I've set up similar forwarding in Gmail and iCloud Mail with zero trouble at all, but it's impossible to save a forwarding address in Outlook. Amazed this hasn't been fixed after seven months.
