I use Dark Mode in online outlook. Recently, when I reply to emails the text is being set to White instead of Automatic. This makes my emails appear blank to those not using dark mode. When I try to fix or recolor the text, it gets sent through as white text highlighted black.
These are all very recent problems, please fix these issues so that when I type an email or reply, the text is always set to automatic and will change to white on someone's screen using dark mode and black to someone's screen using regular mode. I should not have to check each email and reply to be sure my audience can read it.

I have the same issue starting last night (11/2/2023). Very frustrating. No setting helps other than going back to light mode, which I hate. Dark mode was great before something broke it.
Same issue on any browser since yesterday/today. Spectacularly failing on MS Win 11, using MS Edge.
In particular, pasting from notepad (which previously was the best way to clear text of any unwanted additional formatting) fails miserably.
My emails come as black text on dark grey background.
All other apps I use do not have this issue with dark mode.
One may imagine that implementing dark mode would be something easy in 2023 for the largest software company on the planet...
Yup, same. Issue started 11/02/2023 --- black text in dark mode when replying to email or reviewing email from another user.
It's incredibly difficult to read the messages.
It was fine yesterday and now today I am getting black text on black background on Windows 10. Coworker on Windows 11 using dark theme has no issues.
Reading on mobile no issues, only issues on web outlook. Sending email from mobile or webmail appears to be normal to read for others. When typing a new mail it appears correct white text on dark background, but when checking the sent folder it is all messed up.
Seemingly worse from internal emails than external emails.
Same here. Started yesterday for me (Nov 2, 2023). Only things that seems to work is turning off Dark Mode, which I dislike. Please fix, Microsoft.
