Dark mode text coloring issues

I use Dark Mode in online outlook. Recently, when I reply to emails the text is being set to White instead of Automatic. This makes my emails appear blank to those not using dark mode. When I try to fix or recolor the text, it gets sent through as white text highlighted black.

These are all very recent problems, please fix these issues so that when I type an email or reply, the text is always set to automatic and will change to white on someone's screen using dark mode and black to someone's screen using regular mode. I should not have to check each email and reply to be sure my audience can read it.

    I have the same exact issue with most emails being received okay and occasional seemingly random emails to different people triggering them to reply stating that I sent them a blank email. It is very frustrating as I preferred the dark mode which was easier on my eyes. I've had to revert back to using white bright mode as I it sends a bad impression when you are having trouble managing your own emails.

    Any new updates on this?

    This is definitely a common but intermittent issue and needs to be addressed. I have severe photophobia and I get migraines if I do not use dark mode on every device and/or program. I have not noticed this issue with my Google email or yahoo email. This seems to be just a Microsoft issue and since my job requires us to have a Microsoft email account, I can't use the other emails.

    yes, need a fix for this as soon as possible please, my eyes cannot handle the strain of white background for too long and it's hard writing 10's of emails each day - it started for me today.

    Im not sure Microsoft even cares - as long as they get their money, they could care less about our needs. I deal with severe sensory issues and this is just brutal for me. Will make my job so much harder to do. Google Chrome Extension has the High Contrast feature but it doesnt seem to work on Microsoft emails :(

    Hi All.

    I have just started experiencing this issue, clearly MS has not properly looked into this issue.

    Also persists in Incognito in Chrome ver 118.0.5993.88 .
