Dark mode text coloring issues

I use Dark Mode in online outlook. Recently, when I reply to emails the text is being set to White instead of Automatic. This makes my emails appear blank to those not using dark mode. When I try to fix or recolor the text, it gets sent through as white text highlighted black.

These are all very recent problems, please fix these issues so that when I type an email or reply, the text is always set to automatic and will change to white on someone's screen using dark mode and black to someone's screen using regular mode. I should not have to check each email and reply to be sure my audience can read it.

    I'm having a similiar issue as I have always used Dark Mode and never experienced anything like this. But now every time I get incoming emails they letters are black (instead of how they usually would white) and it's so hard to read the text which forces me to switch back to light mode. It's so annoying and I haven't found a way to solve this! Please help.

    Also having this same issue. Looks like MS has yet to do anything about it based off all the replies for this. This is incredibly annoying seeing as my eyes take enough light beating as is. My eyes are very sensitive, and the dark mode helps to relieve my eyes of some of the light I have to look at during my workday.

    Microsoft, please actually do something about this for those of us who need dark mode due to sensory issues/just wanting to be able to implement dark mode in general. Can't say I'm surprised by the lack of communication/effort from MS though.

    I am having the same issue as of 11/3/23! Black text with the black background on dark mode, cannot read emails unless I revert to light mode.

    Also having this issue all of a sudden--I spend all day on email for work and can't stand the white screen all day. Please resolve! I just wasted so much time trying to fix this on my end before realizing it was a wider problem.
