I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

Same issue for me. And why can't I choose where a download is being saved? It just says One Drive. That's ridiculous. Microsoft really screwed up with this version of Outlook. How do you make such rookie level design mistakes after all these years of having Outlook in market? It's unbelievable.
Also rules are not working in New outlook, very frustrating.

I agree entirely. The absence of this feature has dramatically reduced my efficiency and created a bottleneck in my workflows. It is extremely frustrating. Microsoft, please add this feature back in.
Well said. My OCD sympathises with your ADHD. Tech "experts" don't seem to consider or respect those of us with mental issues when they make "improvements".
