We appreciate you for showing interest in using the new Outlook app, certain aspects might appear different or may not function as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
May I know if you are referring to that drag and drop of attachment from New Outlook to File Explorer> If yes, then it is now supported in new Outlook, but it's not yet rolled out for all user/regions.
Kindly restart new outlook couple of times and check the behavior. If still not supported, then we would suggest you wait till it's rolled out for your region, however, we do not have an ETA on when this feature will be completely rolled out.
Appreciate your understanding,
Regards,
Abhishek.
