I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF EVERYTHING BEING MADE WORSE.
YET THEY RAISE THE PRICES TO USE IT AND THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMM ABOUT THE USER.
They said the drag and drop would be available March of 2024, it's in their list of "Some of the many things we have in the works" here: Things to look forward to in the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Community Hub
Please bring back the functionality of the previous version- like drag and drop features.

Is there someone that can confirm when is going to be fixed?
I am a helpdesk representative and I have complaints from my colleagues that cannot use drag and drop.
Some of them can use the drag and drop, some cannot, SAME OUTLOOK version.
How can I fix this?
