I like to open unread emails in a new window vs the email window. It sometimes works by double clicking but not very often. Is there a trick I'm missing?

You know I don't mind the single click or double click, yet somehow it's weird how as much as it suddenly started opening in a new window on a single click which I got used to and accommodated to and liked it also it suddenly stopped opening new mails in that new window and started opening them on the app window itself.. I tried looking for solutions but none apply or even are the answer so dunno.. almost thought it was something I did on a keyboard shortcut as it happens so many times cos I do things so fast sometimes I have no clue how I did it and if I wanted to... couldn't be able to do it.. but apparently no and it's actually a thing and so common to happen to all of you as well.. I'll keep looking on YTube to see if there's soemhting or I'll ask a friend who works at MIcrosoft maybe he knows , thanks though for taking the time to explain :)

There's something funky with that whole thing. Yes, a properly times double-click results in a separate window, but sometimes a double click still means it'll open in the same window. A single click always opens within the same window. Microsoft seriously just needs to disable the single slick action.

    Hey how are you?

Well I've tried that, and it's not showing.. that option isn't there and all I get under that section is this:

This customization is not supported for this account.

Well it's a sudden last minute thing cos it WAS opening in a new window when I clicked the message I wanted to see, and now all the sudden 5 mins ago it doesn't open in a new window anymore and OPPOSITE to what others are saying I got used to it and like it to open in a new window

Why do you release unfinished products again.

Your releases are rarely improvements nowadays.

Everytime there's an update I fear for what feature I rely upon that you will remove this time.

You are on a race to the bottom.
