yeah I am on godaddy too. I can't believe their tech support asked me if I cleared my browser cache and then said it is not them but microsoft.

One of their agents also said "they are not an email provider" and they suggested me to buy their Microsoft 365 service.

I suspect they are doing it on purpose to force people stop using cpanel and to buy 365 services.

    Good morning Volkan,

Initially I had the same thinking but with my persistence in having Microsoft look closely into the issue and create an internal ticket (Case #:1047322999), things are moving forwards and progressing positively.

The issue has been nailed down to happening with forwarding or replying to existing emails. A new email doesn't cause any problems - be it by doing a reply or forwards and simply selecting all, cut and paste making it a new email thereby.

I am receiving a follow up call next week 12/19/2022 - between 3:00PM to 5:00PM PST.

It is time to eradicate to the root hopefully this issue doesn't get snubbed under Microsoft's regular tickets pressure.

    Have a pleasant one!

    Good morning Brandemi,

The issue is outside GoDaddy's domain and have been verified with my interactions with Microsoft tech support person Mark Eucey yesterday (12th December).

Initially I had the same thinking per my online research but with my persistence in having Microsoft look closely into the issue it has been narrowed down to their end - internal ticket (Case #:1047322999) has been created, things are moving forwards and progressing positively.

And by creating a new profile the problem appears to have disappeared also.
