I would like to know, if there is already a solution for this problem since I am still having the same problem, my question is then if it is an Outlook problem or a cpanel update problem, since like many of you I have my emails hosted on godaddy and they still wanted to update me to office 365 but better pass all the emails to CPANEL.

    Hello Arturo,

As per my conversation with Mark from Microsoft yesterday, the issue has been resolved internally at Microsoft and will be released in the next Outlook update by end of January or in February.

The internal ticket # is 1047322999 which I will follow up in case the issue doesn't get resolved with the next update of Outlook.

And yes GoDaddy is advising customers to move to Office 365 as they are stating that they don't support Cpanel and this issue is attributing to Cpanel.

Please let me know if the issue is not resolved with the next Outlook update and will follow up with Microsoft.

    Thanks

    I have no idea.

I moved all of my services from godaddy and started using google workspace which sorted problem out and is enough proof it was an issue with godaddy. Never thinking to go back because of horrible and arrogant CS though.

This is the way GoDaddy operates and yes they are having customers move to Office 365 as they don't support Cpanel but if you wait for the next Outlook update (releasing by Jan or Feb) the issue supposedly should be fixed
