I am using outlook 2021, recently many of my emails rejected, and I am getting the below massage regardless to whom i sending to (some pass without any issue)

I understand it is very frustrating, had to consistently work through and persevere to get to here.
They typically tend to brush off the issue for being someone else's, walked the tech support person Marc through the issue for him to be able to actually understand the problem.
Hope to get an update by next week.
It didn't work for me.
I removed & re-installed microsoft 365
I deleted my profile from my computer and re-installed
I deleted my outlook profile and reinstalled
I changed text at character limitation to 70
none of them helped so far.
It did work for me last week, then the problem happened again and recreated profile it disappeared and as soon as I clicked on "Accounts" menu item problem started to happen again.
I will know more after I communicate further with the Microsoft Tech Support person (Marc) next week.
