I am using outlook 2021, recently many of my emails rejected, and I am getting the below massage regardless to whom i sending to (some pass without any issue)

After upgrading to 365, the issue is disappeared so not sure if it is CPANEL issue or Microsoft but at least I can work normally although I am still following up with Microsoft on the issue.
