Hi

I am using outlook 2021, recently many of my emails rejected, and I am getting the below massage regardless to whom i sending to (some pass without any issue)

    Yes that is correct - the issue is with non 365 platforms email hosting,

    The problem is, that initially it used to happen with 1 mail ID, then increased to 5 mail IDs, and now, more than 50 mail IDs are all showing bounced errors, due to the same reason.

    Yes this is correct - the issue is only with non-Office 365 platform emails.

    Good morning Dipta,

    I am not sure for the problem being resolved as I moved to Microsoft 365 Platform for my email but will follow up again for the ticket that I had created with Microsoft and provide an update when I hear back.

    Hopefully Microsoft is still looking at this critical issue and will come up with a solution to it soon.
