I am using outlook 2021, recently many of my emails rejected, and I am getting the below massage regardless to whom i sending to (some pass without any issue)

I'm having this issue now too, suddenly. Webmail works fine. Only Office Outlook does not. Worked fine until now.
Yes as mentioned earlier, it was reported to Microsoft but they are NOT responding now.

This is issue sitll not resolved.
It has worked for me by moving to 365 Platform. Microsoft hasn't responded on the issue that I reported last year in December although was informed it would be fixed in their next update (which was supposedly by February).
I have sent a follow up email again, hopefully will get some traction on it.
The case ID on Microsoft side is "1047322999" in case anyone would want to follow up further.
I don't think this would resolve in 365 platform, and for those are paid the perpetual business license is not fair.
Do anyone are from Microsoft support can feedback?
