bounce error : message has lines too long for transport

I am unable to send emails to a group. I keep getting the email below and have modified the email as per the instructions to a previous notifier to check settings...Automatically wrap text as character settings.....It s set at 70, I notice Encode attachments etc above is not ticked so I have unticked mine.

I also get a Send / Receive error pop up notice saying Outlook Send/Receive Progress. error. Task ******@gmail.com reported error 0x800CC0E. Outlook cannot download folder inbox from the IMAP email server for account ******@gmail.com. Error, Cannot connect to the server. Contact your server administrator admin or ISP.

This is an incredibly disingenuous response - and has been WRONG for the past 20 years in all versions of Outlook since at least 2001.

The simple fact is that Outlook is incapable of trimming its headers properly, with the result that the length of the lines in the headers (which do not appear to be trimmed at all) overflow. This will happen in any long thread of replies.

Microsoft has been repeatedly told of this bug - and has repeatedly ignored it.

I am facing the same issue and there is no solution found.

Did anyone get solution for solve this issue?

I have seached the etrire net for fix but no suitable resposne.
