    Hello Ahmad Altaher,

Good day to you and hope you are doing well.

Regarding your issue, would like to confirm does the same issue occurs if you send email via web mail app? If you haven’t check with web mail app, kindly check from there. If web mail app side same issue, kindly provide us your web mail app link and if web mail app side has no issue, it means issue is with Outlook desktop app.

For Outlook desktop app, we found that when user sending email from Outlook desktop app and Outlook is not configured to correctly wrap the sentences within the email, this type of error occurs. Long lines can be hard to read in emails, as such it is considered proper email etiquette to break the lines of your messages to somewhere between 65 and 76 characters. When you wrap long lines of text, the Outlook email client automatically breaks sentences away from the current line to start on a new line. This shortens the length of all outgoing emails and is similar to narrowing the margins of the writing space. So given this situation, we also recommend to kindly check your settings and set accordingly to see if it makes any difference.

To do so : Open Outlook > go to File > select Options > go to Mail > under Message format > check for Automatically wrap text as character settings and set between 60 to 76 > click Ok to save changes > restart Outlook.

If still facing the same issue, request you to kindly provide us this entire bounce back message and your Outlook Office account page screenshot via open Outlook > File > Office Account via Private Message only, so based on it we will further check from our side and assist you. At this point, your kind understanding and co-operation will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and healthy.

I have the exact same issue. Tried everything to fix this for over a year now. It's incredibly frustrating that Microsoft seems uncapable or unwilling to fix this issue. I went back and forth with my provider until I figured out it was Outlook ...

Like others have pointed out, the workaround is to copy the entire mail thread (sometimes shorter) into a new blanc email. It's a flaw in how Outlook wraps headers that causes them to be too long.

Seriously though how can this be so difficult to solve?

This occurs for me when threads get too long and I'm emailing via Outlook desktop app. No method fixes it.

However, I've got around this by writing up my email in full, saving into drafts and then sending from my mobile email app (in this case, Samsung's email app). Once I load the draft up and send it I have no issues at all with it sending. Seems to me that it's an error with how Outlook is wrapping or cutting off (or not) headers that are too long to process for cpanel.

It's only an issue for less than 5% of my emails so it's not such a big deal given I have a workaround but it's still annoying!

    Hi, Sorry to hear that.

Do not expect any solution from Microsoft or Godaddy or cPanel. Since Godaddy or any other hosting company provide shared hosting cpanel, they have certain rules and limitations. And Outlook for next 1000 years they keep fixing things.

I waited for nearly 6 months, write many emails, chats with them, no use, at last then i build my own cPanel Hosting, where i created lots of email accounts for my clients, since i have root level access - i can control of config to any extend. and of-course i too faced the same issue in my own server and i fixed that. Its just EXIM and Tweaks.
