Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I have just started having the same issue. I see that the others have been experiencing this since 2022! Why isn't there any solution since then?

we have the same issue, only started on Friday 27/05. webmail works fine, just Outlook is the issue. And we run gmail and other emails through Outlook that don't have the same issue at all.
Any helpful responses or fixes yet??
I just had this happen for the first time.
It was on an email where we had been replying back and forth in a group all day. No issues. Then I go to Reply again and get the bounce back email and this same error.
Any updates?
Hello Ahmad Altaher,
Thank for providing update. To further check this issue, may I know have you check to send email from your web mail app, does it cause any issue? Further we have checked your details which you shared via Private message but seems we couldn’t found your Outlook’s Office account page screenshot. So request you to kindly provide it by open Outlook > file > Office account > share that entire page screenshot, so we can check your product and version details.
Other information we will send you via Private Message. kindly check it.
Regards,
