Randomly I hit Update Now in Outlook today, it does update. Once update is done, I restarted Outlook, disappointed to see the same error even after update.

Notice that the error are from Outlook, when using webmail from webserver like Cube or Horde, no issue to send.

Until now still have no solution for this?

mmmm strange, I also think it's a godaddy problem because all the problems started since godaddy wants to update everything to office 365; Do you recommend that cpanel emails be moved to another dedicated email server?

This is the way GoDaddy operates and yes they are having customers move to Office 365 as they don't support Cpanel but if you wait for the next Outlook update (releasing by Jan or Feb) the issue supposedly should be fixed
