Outlook for macOS: Dropping attachments (randomly)

Hello all,

For some reason, Outlook for Mac is dropping attachments and images in the emails I send. It's random, but it happens to me quite often. I managed to find out that this issue has historically occurred with other people using older versions. It seems that this bug has returned to Outlook for Mac.

I have the latest version 16.75.

macOS is also updated, i.e., macOS Ventura 13.4 (22F66).

I didn't have this problem before. It appeared about a month ago. In the meantime, a new version of macOS has been released and there have been several updates for Outlook, but the situation persists.

Attachment randomly disappears from the e-mail which I send with the attachments and pictures. It looks very unprofessional.

This is example how it looks when I add picture to the e-mail when the message is sent.

If I try it once again on the second attempt the attachments/pictures are sent without issues.

I need help, please.Any advice?

    This issue actually goes back 2-3 years. The previous discussion is available in archives, but cannot be replied to as MS closed it.

    maybe it's a back door for more scammers to get our info and steal from us, I bet that's it. I know a Nigerian Prince that has $5 million dollars they want to put in your acct!

    It makes absolutely no sense that the issues was confirmed 11 July 2023 and not even potentially fixed by 29 August 2023. Help me understand?

    Same exact issue here, just started happening! Can I say this is ridiculous, how can an email application remove pictures and attachments?

    PLEASE!!!! This must be fixed! I can no longer use Outlook, period!!

    I'm still experiencing the same issues.

    Version: 16.77.23082006

    1. From time to time, messages are not sent and they get stuck in the Outbox. A restart is required.
    2. Attachments and pictures disappear from the sent emails.
    3. There's also an issue with resizing the Outlook app (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-for-macos-cannot-be-resized-stuck-as-half/b9646d70-00fd-4151-af5b-1d1b49b3fb5a).

    I'm aware I'm using the Beta version, but the Current Channel isn't any better. I'm awaiting an update with a fix.

    I'm now using 16.76 and no it won't fix the Attachments and signatures being dropped.

    Although something new comes up on this version. It sometimes has a pop up that says I have Connection Issues, which is incorrect because the email goes through, the internet works and I receive emails. But appears to be unrelated to the Attachements being dropped, so my point is moot.
