    Hey Diane,

Here's the issue with the "Feedback" option. People know that even if they provide feedback, nothing will change. Want proof? This topic that we are discussing here. This thread is from August 2023, and I am replying in April 2025. I just switched to the new outlook, and ended up here because I cannot scroll through the calendar, which is hard for me to fathom why that's not an option. Shouldn't even be an option to not scroll! So, why would I waste my time sending feedback, when I absolutely know, nothing will change. Microsoft should hire me to be a tester. Want to know why? Because I hate Outlook. Testing should be done by people that are not familiar with it, not tech savvy people. Image the information you could get from that. Eye opening.

Could not agree more with this comment. User experience should be at the forefront of development and simple navigation is needed. Scroll and dragging items allows for less clicks and more efficiencies. Not even being able to navigate between days using arrow keys is also a drain.

Not being able to scroll turns my calendar into a complete turd. And now I can't get back to the old calendar. If you want to view a 3 week vacation and it spans the beginning/end of a month you can't do it. This is an inexcusable limitation. Absurd limitation.

Try typing outlook.exe (run command) in the search box. This has worked for me in the past but I am still using WIndows 10. Because of this issue I've not upgraded to Windows 11. I think I'm going to be forced to soon though, Hope this works for you.

As per the other comments here, I to am bewildered why the 'new' Outlook 635 calendar would drop the scroll down/up through the months function.

This is absolute BS as someone who runs their own business and needs to forecast and book work in constantly and see whats coming up without having to skip forward a whole month or skip backwards to check when certain jobs were completed i find this totally frustrating. I was sure there must be a simple setting I havent completed to go back to my old way of scrolling, but was shocked that it was simply dropped off in the new outlook. Now i can't even get my old outlook back - Wake up MS and try resolving this simple issue for your overpriced ****!
