Is it possible to sync my outlook calendar to my google calendar? If so, how do I do this?

I do not want to just export my current outlook calendar events. I want an accurate and current version of my outlook calendar to be viewable in my google calendar.

All the tutorials I have tried only allow exporting. Once I make changes in my outlook calendar, they do not sync when viewed my google calendar.

Wanting to know if there is even a way to do this as I have spent a lot of time trying and failing.

I swore this used to work before. Was able to sync my office outlook calendar to google then it stopped working. Must be company policy.

Follow this steps:

    Hi Ravikumar,

I went to the sharing settings of the calendar and sent an email to my Gmail account. When I received the email it had a XML file attached. I opened the xml file and found the ical information. I was able to use the URL provided and added the calendar and it syncs properly to my google account. Step by step below:

Under the calendars menu> hover over the calendar you want to share hit the three dots>Sharing and Permissions

Enter an email in the field provided.

Open your email account and the "You're invited to share this calendar" email open the XML file attachment. Find the following line of code:

     <ICalUrl xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/sharing/2008">https://outlook.office365.com/(THIS_IS_YOUR_CALENDAR_SHARE_URL).ics</ICalUrl>

    Copy the https://outlook.office365.com/(THIS_IS_YOUR_CALENDAR_SHARE_URL).ics portion

Go to other calendars in your google calendar and hit the + button> Select From URL

Paste the URL and add the calendar

    Hope this helps,

    Adam

Remarkably, YouTube is a much better help than microsoft for this. I was able to do it using this video - interestingly, I couldn't do this from the Outlook app. I HAD to log in to outlook on the web, and then I could access the necessary URLs to sync.

Unfortunately this doesn't work in some cases. I'm using corporate outlook and the "all details" options is not available (can only show when busy).

I had an additional step to get this to work. After enabling sync in the outlook app, I had to go to google calendar, tap the top left (three bars), scroll down to settings, manage accounts, non google accounts (my work email has a google calendar too that isn't used by work... well actually it is but rarely, it's a great system, really. make sure the non google account is switched on, go back to your calendars under the three bars and make sure the calendar you want to see is checked off, and then it works! not complicated at all really, just more involved than it ever needed to be.
