I do not want to just export my current outlook calendar events. I want an accurate and current version of my outlook calendar to be viewable in my google calendar.
All the tutorials I have tried only allow exporting. Once I make changes in my outlook calendar, they do not sync when viewed my google calendar.
Wanting to know if there is even a way to do this as I have spent a lot of time trying and failing.

I swore this used to work before. Was able to sync my office outlook calendar to google then it stopped working. Must be company policy.

I've tried publishing the ICS URL from Outlook and adding it to Google Calendar, this "works" but the TimeZone is off. Google Calendar reads my Outlook calendar as in GMT+00:00 and won't let me edit it. The Outlook calendar is correctly set at GMT-6
The Sync option using both Outlook and Calendar Android Apps works only at the phone, but it does not sync to the cloud.
So, it seems this is not solved yet.
Any other non-paid solution or workaround there?

Folks, the question was answered very clearly and helpfully a couple of weeks ago. You'll find it in the string. But please, let's stop scolding the people who did not read my question carefully and answered anyway. It's getting old. Be generous. (If you want to scold people who never answer the questions they are asked, you can vent your frustrations at politicians.)
This reply is not what they asked for and it is pretty obvious you ignored what they asked and offered the same solution they told you they did not want. This is unhelpful to everyone looking for a solution when you ignore the question and give the answer that best fits your desire, and not the answer.
I just went into my Google app on my phone, settings - manage accounts - and my outlook account was sitting in there just greyed out. Turned it on and my google calander updated with all the info from my outlook calendar automatically.
