Since Outlook 365 was updated I can't drag my email to create a calendar event.

Since Outlook 365 was updated I can't drag my email to create a calendar event. I do this nearly every day (often multiple times). Bring it back please!!!!

2024-10-02T14:20:55+00:00 When you do this, it does work, but it sets a meeting for everyone on the last email, e.g. I tried it and it set an appointment for everyone in the company as it was a mass email about a training course.
Thanks Microsoft.
They also removed the ability to drag tasks between different lists in the ToDo app. Frustrating.

2024-09-28T19:29:06+00:00 Dragging from email to calendar did work in classic outlook. It doesn't work in my new Outlook 365. Please investigate further and send updated instructions.

2024-09-24T12:41:57+00:00 Were you able to find a solution? I have been so frustrated with the new Outlook. The best workaround I can come up with is to use the "create a meeting request" feature, then when the popup shows up, I delete the original sender so I'm not actually creating a meeting with them. I just need to drop the email into my calendar as a way to schedule my to-do's and projects (I don't like using To-Do).
