Since Outlook 365 was updated I can't drag my email to create a calendar event. I do this nearly every day (often multiple times). Bring it back please!!!!

    Microsoft indicated ut was a function rarely used by users. Wrong!

    Yes I also have this issue. Seems like Microsoft Outlook is going backwards in terms of capability. But what is really annoying is that there is no warning or information to explain why.

    Thanks for the reply but as stated previously I do this ALL THE TIME but it doesn't work with the updated Outlook 365.

    have you tried opening the my day icon and dragging it there?

    The PRE-Outlook 'moved' the functionality to My Day icon next to the minimize button, you have to drag your email to that to create an event or a task.
