Last week, my personal Outlook email started getting ~50 spam emails per day. I barely ever use this email address, so I am not sure how or why this began to happen. How can I stop all of this spam from getting to my inbox?
I have been flagging all of the emails as spam, but it doesn't seem to be stopping the influx of emails I am getting.

IMHO Microsoft will not fix this problem unless they are confronted with a class action by those of us affected by the problem they created.
I pay for my hotmail account and I too am getting a sudden high influx of junk emails into my inbox. The thing I don't understand is that firstly they are obviously junk and secondly this is in addition to a considerable number of emails which Microsoft put directly in my junk email, much of which is not junk. It is about time Microsoft took a lonk hard look at their algorithms, I never get the same problem with my gmail address. I have had my hotmail address as long as I can remember but I have never had this problem until recently. Get your act together Microsoft.
Not me either. You won the lottery!
