Last week, my personal Outlook email started getting ~50 spam emails per day. I barely ever use this email address, so I am not sure how or why this began to happen. How can I stop all of this spam from getting to my inbox?
I have been flagging all of the emails as spam, but it doesn't seem to be stopping the influx of emails I am getting.

You don't know how many are coming your way. There could be thousand hitting your address every minute. Without any filter you will see a lot more in your mailbox.
Not much, unfortunately. I had a user (btw I'm a mail administrator) who suddenly got a ton of spam. I changed her email address. There is nothing much you can do when spammers target your mailbox with thousands of email every hour. Out of the thousands, a few will go through, guaranteed.
